I am an experienced coach and facilitator who helps leaders and teams navigate burnout, change and challenging team dynamics. I work with leaders to enhance self-awareness, team development, executive presence, and an adaptive leadership style to name a few.

I bring 25+ years experience in sales, customer service, organisational development, and human resources, gained across sectors including FMCG, manufacturing,  retail, and financial services.

I challenge leaders to go deeper — exploring their values, mindset, and motivations — so they can lead with intention and create impact across their teams, organisations, and communities.

My approach centres on deep self-exploration — helping leaders understand their patterns, values, and inner narratives so they can lead with greater intention, authenticity, and impact.

I hold a Master of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching) from the University of Sydney, am ACC (Associate Coaching Course) Accredited, and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). 

Whether I’m facilitating a senior team, designing a leadership program, or working one-on-one, I help leaders shift from autopilot to intentional, values-aligned impact.
